The past few years have been quite a roller coaster as far as real estate is concerned. But something interesting appears to be happening.
There appears to be a revitalization in home buying. You may have seen news reports about new home sales and existing home sales.
Even in 91506 (where most of the Burbank Rancho falls) 3 months ago there were 56 properties listed for sale. Currently that number stands at 15 of which only 3 are in the Burbank Rancho.
